Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: ALL CANCELLATION REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY MESSAGING OUR FACEBOOK PAGE, SUBMITTING A FORM ON OUR WEBSITE, OR BY CALLING/TEXTING. YOUR CANCELLATION REQUEST IS NOT COMPLETED OR CONSIDERED COMPLETED UNTIL WE HAVE REPLIED AND CONFIRMED.

**NO REFUNDS**

All sales are final/non-refundable. With that being said we are happy to work with our art family on a case-by-case basis, but this does not guarantee a refund.

We are happy to accept returns/exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. The customer is responsible for item return/exchange and will need to bring or mail the item to the business address. Paint Kits are NOT eligible for refunds/returns/exchanges.

Events: Any cancellations need to be made 48 hours prior to the event DATE for a full refund/transfer/credit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of any event date will not be issued any refund. We disclose the right to issue any credits or transfers at our digression.

Virtual Paint Parties and Paint Kits: We are not responsible for kits that are not picked up or delivered on time for your Virtual Paint Party due to non-payment of invoices, kits, or failure to provide delivery information, final headcount details, or painting choice, or due to failure to pick-up kits or failure to provide delivery payment.
